Description

A composer's dream. Their passion and torment.
Ave Maria

Sonata Allegro

Tearful adagio, the piece inspired by my written work here: fav.me/d609m97

This took many hours to complete. All the sheet music you see was printed and cut to shreds. I then pasted them to paper and drew over it. A very delicate procedure. The sheet music used was Beethoven's Fur Elise, Eric Johnson's "Manhattan", Randy Rhoads' "Dee" and Clint Mansell's "Lux Aeterna"

I want to start by saying that this piece is amazing, very original, full of emotion, and it feels really complete.

I really love how the seams of each of the music sheets can be seem and the color of the edges is almost that of dried blood.

My complaints on this piece are not that huge, but there are a couple. I think that the eye on the right side is slightly too long and darker than the one on the left. I also think that if you were trying to convey more sadness, more black tears would have been lovely.

I really like the shading you did for her eyes, but I wish you had done that shading on the lips as well. (Although, if this is a scanned piece, that shading may be there, it just doesn't show up as well since red is difficult to scan.)

Overall, wonderful piece!
